Every enrolled unit in this building earns the same 5% and saves its guests the same 5%. What changes is who runs it, and what your unit gets on top — because the richer half of this programme is administered by your building's rental-pool office, for the units inside it.

Why the pool is worth joining

A pooled unit is a better-presented unit. Your guests arrive to their favourite bottle already waiting, they are handed a complimentary island experience during their stay, and everything that makes that happen is run by your building's office rather than by you. It costs you nothing, takes nothing off your commission, and it is the kind of detail guests mention in reviews — which is what fills a calendar.

Frequently asked questions

Do I earn less if I join the pool?
No. The commission rate is the same 5% either way. What changes is where it is paid: for a pooled unit it goes into your strata's account for the office to administer under its own policy, and your strata will speak to you about how it applies that. Independently, it is paid straight to you.
Why can't I have the reporting on my own?
Because it is run by an office, not by software alone — statement pages, reports on request, guest lookups and guest experiences are all administered by your building's rental-pool office for the units in its care. That is deliberate: it gives the office something real to offer, and it is why a pooled unit gets more than a unit on its own.
Could the office get me a report anyway, as a favour?
It genuinely cannot. An independent unit's figures are not visible to the strata office at all — no earnings, no order history, nothing. There is no version of this where it can be passed on informally.
What does it cost, either way?
Nothing. No fees, no minimums, no contract, and your code, printed cards and keychain are included whichever route you take. You can leave at any time with no notice or penalty.
Can I change my mind later?
Yes, in both directions, and nothing you have earned is ever lost. A unit can join the pool later, or leave it and carry on independently — every move is confirmed by you personally, and your history and credit stay with you.
Is there any alcohol liability for me?
None, either way. Every sale is made by I'll Drink To That! under our own liquor licence, with 18+ verification at purchase and again at delivery. You never sell, supply or serve alcohol.

Commission is earned on the wines, spirits and selected products your guests buy with your unit's code, and is credited automatically as store credit. Pooled units are administered by the building's rental-pool office; features described as part of the pool are provided by that office.
